This policy describes how Noaman handles Amazon seller data accessed through SP-API. 本政策说明 Noaman 如何处理通过 SP-API 获取的 Amazon 卖家数据。
Collection and purpose
Noaman obtains only the business data necessary for authorized seller operations through Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). We use this data in our internal ERP to manage orders and related operations. Amazon personally identifiable information (PII) is used only for order fulfillment, delivery, and customer service.

Access, transfer, and storage
Access is limited to authorized personnel with a business need and the minimum permissions required for their duties. Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS and stored with encryption and access controls.
仅有具备业务需要的授权人员可按最小权限访问数据。数据通过 HTTPS/TLS 传输，并以加密方式存储，配合访问控制保护。
Sharing and retention
We do not sell Amazon data or share it with unauthorized third parties. Any necessary service provider access is limited to the authorized business purpose and subject to appropriate safeguards. We retain data only as needed for that purpose or applicable legal obligations, and delete Amazon PII promptly in accordance with Amazon requirements when it is no longer needed.
我们不出售 Amazon 数据，也不向未经授权的第三方共享数据。必要的服务提供商访问仅限于获授权的业务目的，并须采取适当保护措施。数据仅在业务需要或适用法律要求的期限内保留；不再需要时，依照 Amazon 要求及时删除 Amazon PII。
Security incidents and contact
We investigate suspected security incidents, contain and remediate confirmed incidents, and notify Amazon and affected parties when required by applicable rules or law. For privacy or data deletion questions, contact support@noaman.com.
我们会调查疑似安全事件，对确认的事件采取遏制和补救措施，并按适用规则或法律要求通知 Amazon 及受影响方。如有隐私或数据删除问题，请联系 support@noaman.com。
